The amalgamation of spirituality and the philosophy a family living under a roof has been depicted in the project, mixing harmoniously with the landscaped elements to create a sense of divinity and tranquility among the users.

The site has been planned in an optimized manner to create more visibility and order to the users. The building plan is introvert in style, which has some resemblance with courtyard rule of buildings, giving a sense of enclosure. The enclosure has been designed with green areas and landscaping.

The farmhouse is located at the lap of nature surrounded by water stream and greenery. The idea of the project was to play with harmony with the nature and fuse with the gentle flow of the site. The design approach is very earthy and subtle. The materials used are mainly stones, rocks, pigments which are locally available giving a vernacular feel with modern approach.

Gondal Para jute mill is located at Chandan nagar at the edge of ganga. the site has a great value due to the presence od nature and waterbody. The site witnesses a great development in the categories of water front development , museum , housing and landscping , keeping the old and rusting feel of the historic jute mill.
