The apartment is proposed in the Sree Ram Jute Mill premises. It has a unique location near the Hooghly River and the jute mill itself. The aim of the project is to accommodate the officials and the works of the jute mill. The idea was to create a self-sufficient space so that users can live and entertain themselves at the same time. The idea is achieved with open green spaces, canteen, games area and banquet hall.
