UTSAB – festive is the word that describes the project, located in Siliguri. The concept of the project was to create a sense of community and a peaceful inside out living condition. There’s a famous idiom in Bengal – “BARO MASHE TERO PARBON”, which means 13 festivals taking place in 12 months in Bengal.
Bengal being the land of festivals, UTSAB provides an appealing ambience , bring people close and enhancing healthy community.
